Squirrel World

This oil painting depicts a tree that stands unwaveringly rooted amidst the lush greenery below, providing a framework for the central focus which is a squirrel, an oak leaf, and an acorn, all symbolic for the heart of squirreldom. Above, a stylized sun takes its place within the nearly bare branches of the ancient oak with very little yellow and orange leaves.
